USPS Presorts Performed
Mail Manager 2010 is GOLD PAVE certified to perform a full range of postal presorts from the very basic to the most advanced. The support of these presorts allows the user to take full advantage of the deepest postage discounts from the USPS for the following classes of mail: First Class, Periodicals, Standard Mail and Package Services (Premium Option). Presorts are performed and discounts can be claimed on everything from First Class Non-Automation letters to Standard Automation Flats on merged pallets with the 5% threshold.
Claim SCF, BMC & DDU Destination Discounts
Mail Manager 2010 allows for Sectional Center Facility (SCF), Bulk Mailing Center (BMC), or Destination Delivery Unit (DDU) discounts for Standard Mail. Mail Mananger 2010 displays a "Destination Summary" and identifies for the user all qualifying destination sites and related discounts. Capability to perform multiple drops across the nation. All required postal documentation (Qualification Reports, Mailing statements, addresses) are automatically generated in a single pass.
PAVE Certified for Co-Sack/Tray & Merged Pallets Presorts
The USPS introduced significant changes in presort requirements in January of 2001. Mail Manager 2010 is certified to perform the most advanced sorts allowing the user to take advantage of new postage discounts and experience a reduction in mail preparation costs.

USPS Presort Documentation
Mail Manager 2010 provides the user with the ability to generate a full range of USPS documentation including Qualification Reports, Job set-up Parameter Reports, Periodicals Zone Summary Reports, Destination Rates Listings, Barcoded Tray/Sack Tags, Pallet Placards, and L001 Scheming. The user can take full advantage of participation in USPS mail processing accuracy and efficiency programs like SAVE, Mail.dat, MERLIN and PostalOne.
